We believe in fair, sustainable work and ensuring that every member of our team can live with dignity. We are delighted to announce that we are now an accredited Living Wage Employer, fully committed to paying the real Living Wage.
What Is the Real Living Wage?
The real Living Wage is a voluntary rate, independently calculated by the Living Wage Foundation based on what it actually costs to live, not just the legal minimum.
Why We Made This Commitment
- Fair Pay, Real Impact: By paying the real Living Wage, we’re contributing to a movement that tackles in-work poverty and raises the standard for decent work.
- Responsible Business: As a Living Wage Employer, we join over 16,000 organisations across the UK who believe in paying a wage that meets people’s real needs.
- Long-term Value: The Living Wage Foundation supports accredited employers with resources, guidance, and a community of like-minded organisations.
What This Means for Our Team
- Everyone we employ aged 18 and over will receive at least the real Living Wage.
- We will use the Living Wage Employer Mark to publicly demonstrate our commitment – a symbol of fair pay and responsible employment.
Our Long-Term Vision
This accreditation is more than just a badge, it’s a promise. A promise to continue:
- Advocating for fair wages and decent work in our business and wider community
- Reviewing our pay practices regularly to remain aligned with the Living Wage Foundation’s standards
- Encouraging other businesses to consider accreditation, helping to grow the movement for social justice in employment
We are incredibly proud to take this step. Paying the real Living Wage reflects who we are, what we value, and how we want to show up in our community.
