We’re delighted to share that New Start has begun the process to become a Silver Trauma Informed Quality Mark organisation with One Small Thing, a recognised national benchmark for trauma informed practice.

The Silver award recognises that trauma informed practice is embedded across our culture, environment and ways of working, and that people’s wellbeing and needs are prioritised.
We are passionate about delivering supportive services that understand the impact of trauma and promote healing and resilience. Starting this trauma informed quality mark journey reflects our ongoing commitment to improving practice, deepening our understanding, and ensuring that we continue to walk alongside individuals and families with empathy, respect and insight.
